Other Public Body employers

Effective 1 April 2022, Public Body Employers are admitted to the Civil Service pension arrangements, specifically alpha, under a determination issued on behalf of the Minister for the Civil Service, in accordance with Section 25(5) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.

Employers are also admitted to the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) pursuant to Section 1(4A) of the Superannuation Act 1972.

For the purposes of Section 25(9) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013, the organisations listed below have been formally determined eligible for admission to the Civil Service Pension arrangements:
