​​​Statements Of Work: New process map

We’ve created a process map to guide you through the Statements Of Work (SOW) process from 1 December. 
As an employer, shared service or payroll provider it shows: 

  • The process from form submission and sign off to completing the work
  • What communication to expect from us
  • The checkpoints in the process to determine queries/progress
  • What we expect from you and what you can expect from us. 

Read the SOW process map. Alongside this process map, it may be useful to refer to the sample SOW template. 

SOW forms submitted will be acknowledged within five working days.
