Reckonable service and death benefit nominations and postcode search

We are aware of three issues affecting how reckonable service and death benefit nomination information appears in the portal as well as an issue with the postcode search function.

Our team is working to resolve these as a priority.

Where a member may be concerned about discrepancies in their reckonable service or beneficiary information, please reassure them that their underlying record is accurate and that this information is securely recorded. This information will be corrected for viewing in the Member Portal as soon as possible. No action is needed by members in relation to this.
