Helen Galano

Employer Relationship Manager

Helen began working for Civil Service Pensions in 2003 where she joined DWP, holding several management positions before becoming Service Delivery Manager for all Scottish clients.

Helen moved to MyCSP upon vesting and in 2017 became an Account Manager, using a more strategic approach with employers. This role changed to become the current Employer Relationship Manager.

Amy Searle

Employer Relationship Manager

Amy began work for Civil Service Pensions in September 2008, where she joined DWP as a Pension Administrator. Amy moved to MyCSP upon vesting where she has had held several roles across the business, most recently managing the Internal Training function within MyCSP as well as helping to deliver training services to both members and employers of the Scheme.

In July 2018, Amy joined the Employer Relationship Management Team as an Employer Relationship Manager.

Rhona Barton

Employer Relationship Manager

Rhona joined Capita in 2020 working with Scottish Government as a Client Delivery Manager with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement. She moved into an ERM role in 2023 and quickly built valuable experience working across multiple government departments, developing strong partnerships with Employers and Unions.

Rhona prides herself on a collaborative approach maintaining a clear focus on excellent customer service.

Karen McDonell

Employer Relationship Manager

Karen joined Capita in 2017, working on Monthly Data Collection and Contribution Reconciliation, liaising with employers and payroll providers to support onboarding and compliance. In 2021, she joined the ERM team, becoming a key contact for employers and software providers.

Karen enjoys solving problems and delivering great customer service through clear communication and strong working relationships.

Amy Hubbock is also part of the ERM Team.
