I think my reckonable service is wrong - what should I do?

Reckonable service is the total time you have built up in the pension scheme, usually measured in years and days. It includes any Added Years and transferred‑in service but does not include periods such as unpaid leave.
The Civil Service Pension Scheme holds the pension record used to calculate your benefits, based on information provided by your employer or employers.
If you think something is wrong, contact the Civil Service Pension Scheme using the secure inbox in your online account. We will review your case and, where needed, work with your employer(s) to confirm and update your service record.

Small differences are normal and may be due to updated salary information or other adjustments made during processing.
